A digital reader application displaying novel chapters with an author dashboard for publishing and managing chapters, integrated with AdMob for revenue generation while maintaining a comfortable reading experience.
The Challenge
The challenge was to provide a fast and seamless reading experience with support for continuous updates from authors, efficient multimedia playback, and ad integration without compromising user experience or performance.
The Solution
We developed a native Android app using Java with a Firebase backend for real-time content management. We implemented caching strategies, pagination, and text/media loading optimizations, adding an author dashboard and AdMob integration in a user-friendly manner.
Key Results
The app was launched with high stability and low chapter load times. Session duration and return visits increased, and consistent ad revenue was achieved due to optimized AdMob integration.
