The core challenge wasn't just execution, but implementing these radical structural changes (Header, Footer, Product Page, Cart) without compromising the theme's core stability or performance, all while strictly preserving historical SEO ranking through complex URL migration strategies.

What we built to fix it
We adopted a 'Surgical Development' strategy; instead of relying on heavy apps that slow down the site, we engineered custom solutions using native Liquid & JavaScript for every feature. This included restructuring Schema Settings to give the client full control, building smart mobile navigation tools from scratch, and programming advanced logic for seamless language switching and URL redirection. We continue to serve as a long-term technical partner to execute the full development roadmap.
